MUMBAI, MAY 03 : Prashin Jhobalia, the former Head of Marketing at Tata Value Homes, has now joined House of Hiranandani, as Vice President – Marketing Strategy. Prashin will be heading the Marketing vertical at the House of Hiranandani helping the group to establish itself as a leading real estate conglomerate, developing iconic integrated communities in India.
Speaking on his appointment, Prashin Jhobalia said, "I am excited to join one of the most trusted brands in the real estate industry. I will primarily be in charge of the Marketing Strategy at House of Hiranandani and will be closely working with Harsh Hiranandani and Neha Hiranandani. It will give me an opportunity to build this brand further and market their existing portfolio in Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad and also help them evaluate and markets projects in Mumbai."
Prashin's role will cover a wide array of customer facingand brand building activities including customer research, brand activations, public relations and product development. In a career spanning more than 11 years Prashin has worked with established brands like Tata Value Homes, Godrej Properties, Viacom 18 and Ogilvy & Mather. Prashin further added, "It's a dynamic industry and I look forward to the challenge of making the 'House of Hiranandani' brand even larger, more loved and trusted amongst Indian real estate customers."
